The Superior House is part of a gorgeous building located at 46 E. Superior Street in the Cathedral District, and ½ block West of the Luxurious Michigan Avenue, Peninsula Hotel.
The Superior House Building was built in1875, just a few years after The Great Chicago Fire. The 1,500 square foot space allows for a cozy, yet professional meeting area that will be solely dedicated to you and your guests.
The Superior House has a full kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors throughout, 12-foot ceilings, and a gorgeous bay window, which overlooks Superior Street. The Superior House is filled with plentiful natural light, and track lighting throughout to showcase your meeting materials.
The Superior House will come equipped for a seated meeting with complimentary tables, linens, and chairs to accommodate up to 25 guests. We also offer our full event space, which will accommodate up to 100 people.
Now that we have your interest in hosting your event/meeting in a one of a kind historic space, below is the pricing schedule.
Event Space Rental Fees
Monday through Friday (Except Wednesday evenings) 8:00 am to 4:00 pm for three hours: $300.00
Monday through Thursday (Except Wednesday evenings) 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for three hours: $500.00
Friday and Saturday for five hours: $750.00
